Scopara is a property inspection, appraisal, valuation, and field-services workflow platform that allows companies and field users to manage assignments, upload photos, and coordinate job-related activities.

By providing a phone number and accepting assignments through Scopara, users consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to account verification, job invitations, assignment updates, and workflow notifications.
Message frequency varies based on activity. Message and data rates may apply. Users may opt out by replying STOP where applicable.
Users retain ownership of photos, files, and content uploaded through Scopara. Users grant Scopara permission to store, process, and transmit such content as necessary to provide services.
Scopara is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scopara disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
Scopara reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Scopara may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
